Common Questions
How much does MobyApp cost?
MobyApp has two tiers. Trial is free and intended for evaluation and small proof-of-concept studies. Collect is for live surveys at scale and is priced as a setup fee plus a monthly cost, quoted per study because cost depends on participant numbers, duration and languages.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The Trial tier is free and gives access to the mobile app and web portal, participant profile and study configuration, theme selection and the battery-saving collection design.
Why are prices not published?
MobyX works predominantly with public authorities, operators and research consortia, where scope is set per study and procurement is competitive. Tiers and inclusions are published so a budget envelope can be established early; figures are quoted against a defined scope.
What drives the cost of a survey deployment?
Participant numbers, study duration, number of languages, questionnaire integration, and whether modelling or impact assessment is included alongside the data collection.
